Software News : AbiWord 2.8.6r2 for AmiCygnix released

A revised version of AbiWord 2.8.6 is now available on OS4-Depot.
AbiWord is a wordprocessor, which supports a wide range of file formats.

New in this release:

Keyboard layouts that do not conform to ISO-8859-1 standard (eg Polish or Greek keyboards) are now better supported.

Dead keys are also supported now. For this the program uses the definitions in the keymap files in "KEYMAPS:".

"AbiWord" can now import pictures in SVG and XCF (Gimp) format.

All program packages released since AmiCygnix 1.2 will be revised and published without a news message.

BTW: There is a bug in the installer script in the Gnumeric 1.10.17 r2 package. I have to make another release - aargh.
