Re: AmiCygnix V1.1 released Yes, it should be faster. The GTK+ 2.24 port is faster than my previous port of GTK 2.10, the server is a bit optimized and the new display driver for workbench windows should be faster while moving windows and scrolling.
Don't expect too much, just a few improvements  |

Re: AmiCygnix V1.1 released I have downloaded both the base and tools and installed, I have to say very impressed, runs on a better screen resolution (1920 x 1080) and seems much faster.

The pidgin port is old and in parts obsolete. I would have to make a new port of the current pidgin version using my latest libs. It should be faster after that. But there are such so much other programs I want to release, I have not much time to do it, sorry. |

A new version of Pidgin would be very nice. AmiCygnix feels faster and more usable now. I hope we get more programs in the future. Great effort and thanks again. |

Re: AmiCygnix V1.1 released Thanks for this update, upgrading to the latest version seems to have completed without any errors. I only has one small problem that i havent found an sollution to yet: The page up/down keys ain't working? I'm using swedish keyboard layout.
