![]() Hi,
I have Wacom Bamboo Fun ( CTE-650). It worked as a mouse without driver. I have installed your driver (1.0) and edited vendor id as you suggested. After that I couldnt move the pointer. New version works like a mouse now, but no GUI. Not with 'ctrl alt t' nor with Exchange. Shall I edit vendor id again? |

![]() if it didn't work for editing the vendor last time, it won't with this one either, the core is still the same. It was just along shot any way ...

![]() I don't have a wacon tablet. I would need one to write a driver.

![]() Hey, Andy... I thanked you for this over on AW, but I'll do it here too! Also will note a problem I'm having: More times than not the driver commodity is not listed in Exchange and the tablet control is erratic and unusable. Sometimes I can unplug and replug the tablet and it comes back. But for the past half-hour I've been unable to get it back. Any ideas? I've tried every USB port.

![]() If it's behaving eratically, it's under the control off the normal hid.usbfd .
I'm finding that it never works when leaving it connected at boot time. I'm unsure of why that is,but the hid.usbfd always 'gets to it first'. I occasionally get connection failed faults on plugging it in, but usually it get's it after a couple of tries. Check you usb log to see if you are getting this type of error. |

![]() OK... that's my exact same experience here then. Can't leave it plugged in at bootup. When plugging it in later, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Was frustrated last night because bad luck brought me about 40 minutes of it not working when repeatedly being plugged in. As you say, the normal hid.usbfd seems eager to grab it! Is there some way to bind it to the correct driver? (No, I don't really know what I'm talking about!)

![]() Found issue with booting. So now my tablet is correctly assigned to the UCLogic driver at boot time, will update the public version soon.
I find that it almost never fails to connect at boot, so this may solve your connection failure issues too. You seem to have those much worse than I do. I've reported the issue as a possible OS bug. |

![]() It shows up (GUI) now after edited vendor id but I'm unable to move poiter from left upper area. Only 'Current X' changes from minus to plus crazy values. 'Current Y' shows always 0.

![]() That means the messages sent from the wacom have a different format. Not entirely suprising.

![]() 1.4 version is working very reliably for me. The tablet is available every time I plug it in, and if I leave it plugged in it is working after each boot. Marvelous!
Only problem is GUI interface never appears now when called. Have not tried yet for pressure mode. How do I do that? |

But it did before? How are you calling it up? Does it appear in Exchange? GUI is working for me. To test out pressure you need an app that supports it. Imagefx does. Try using the airbrish. Press P to enable pressure sensitivity Also Art Effect supports it. TVPaint claims to, but doesn't seem to. |

![]() Strange that it had stopped working for me, but coming back to the computer after dinner and a trip to the grocery story and ... GUI comes up every time now. Not sure what the problem was before, but no worries at the moment.
Pressure does work for me with ImageFX. Awesome job all the way around! |

![]() Hi, set my x1000 up yesterday for the first time in over a year! Tried my TB7300 tablet with sketchblock but sadly no joy. Any hints or tips to get it going would be welcome. How did you change vendor id?
