A new version of SDL is available.
This version is very important since it fix some problems with keyboard handling (now your keyboard layout is recognized), a problem with fullscreen toggling and enable the possibility to load GL functions dynamically and some other.

So, all the empty fucntions are here again, but they will printf on screen inform message like "its not implemented" (aquaria works, tested).
