Aminet download problem

I tried to download
http://aminet.net/gfx/conv/MetaView_full.lha

(which comes with sources) but i get a message couldn't connect to server

Recent downloads work.
I had same problem with other files, but forgot which ones.
Is there some more general problem?
Can someone point me to a working URL or provide me with the archive?
