Boot Jingle?

In Documents there is a file called simply "." (point).
Within this document it reads

Alas, going to this address just gives me a 404 (not exactly
it simply tells me the site does not exist).

Where do i get the Boot Jingle and where and how do
install it? I'd really liek a sound to that nieat boot pic
