SFS 1.277 and SFSConfig
Not too shy to talk

I changed the filesystem of 2 of my partitions,
I put SFS instead of FFS, now I want to do some
tuning but using SFSConfig or SetChache it seem
that the caches are not changed, maybe I'am
doing something wrong but what?

The command I use it's:
SGSConfig DH2: LINES 200 READAHEAD 16384

but the informations reported by SFSQuery are not
changed I get 4 lines * 1024 bytes.

Forgot to say I own an AmigaONE XE-G4 800

Doesn't work here either, immediately changes back to the
former settings, although

taken from the SFSConfig Guide:

Note: None of this settings is permanet. SFS forgets them after a reboot.
To make them permant add the proper SFSconfig command lines to your
Startup-Sequence - good for setting cache for the boot partition as early
as possible - or User-Startup.

so, maybe not worth the fuzz anyway?

The AmigaOS4 version of SFS doesn't use the internal SFS caches you can configure with SetCache/SFSConfig (unless you remove diskcache.library.kmod from your Kicklayout).
The global diskcache.library caches used instead are much faster, and currently there is nothing you can configure for it.

Can other people use diskcache.library? Does it have a public API?
