E-UAE for use with MIDI or CAMD?

Exist any version of E-UAE for use MIDI serial or rediret to CAMD in OS4?. I'd try to find serial parameters in E-UAE but not found.
I have Yamaha Midi generator conected throught USB-to-midi in OS4.
X5040 - 4 Gb ram - Radeon RX 550 POLARIS 12.

you find some settings in the source code, but it looks incomplete.
I can't see any config for selecting serial port.

suggest it might need to be enabled at compile time.

currprefs.sername does not seam to be set by config file.
