Does anyone know who actually owns the Envoy product?

But who actually *owns* Envoy - I don't know. Maybe Heinz knows...

On my "Schatztruhe" CD is says 'copyright 1998 by Heinz Wrobel
It's 13 years dead now... He may be too...

AFAIK he's still alive. And, btw, married with Angela Schmidt - maybe somebody remembers the famous "Meeting Pearls" CDs...(that's what I call Amiga trivia and celeb watch...).
