You could try to change the order of get mail/send mail (Exchange order)

Look at Chris' screenshot and find the cycle gadget at the bottom
Try it vice versa (First send mail, then get mail), then the other way round

Would be the only thing i can think of
Apart from a nasty typo somewhere in your prefs i'm out of ideas too

I have Yam working now everythink is fine what I done wrong was I did not put my full name in the User Name and thanks everybody for there help.
