Startup error on my OS4.1 [SOLVED]
Just popping in
Just popping in

See User information
After playing around trying to install some classic apps software on my SAM from an old Amiga coverdisk, I've acquired a start up error message, which although I can bypass is a bit annoying;

"Amiga Dos Process: 78
Please insert volume
SMBFS0:
in any drive
Process : "diskimagine.device.unit.0"

Any ideas how to stop this error? I presume the software put a command or something into my start up scripts, although I've checked Shell-Startup, User-Startup and Startup-sequence for anything new and cannot anything.

I can bypass the pop up by simply hitting Cancel, or assigning it to my Data: volume using the prompt's Assign button, but I'd rather it didn't appear at all.

Any tips on where to start looking would be appreciated!

@MickJT

Thanks for the tip MickJT. Alas that wasn't where I found the solution. In the end I spotted a directory called "Diskimagine" in Env-Archive and within that directory where two XML files that contained reference to SMBFS0:

With those two files removed the problems went away.
