Is the SLB included with the OS4.1 install disk any different than the one from the July update?

If so, will the new SLB be installed automatically during OS4.1 installation? Or would it have to be manually installed?

I don't have 4.1 yet, but the beta testers have told me its the same version used with OS4.0. If a new version comes out, you will need to uninstall the current SLB & then install the new version (Edit RDB/Reinstall).
