Have a look at this thread over on amiga.org. More specifically, look at the RSS feed that it references. It sounds like it's over, but the Justia page doesn't list these events.

It would be nice to have some concrete details. I'm not sure that I'd trust that RSS feed; that entry is signed by Judge Michael McMahon, not Judge Ricardo S Martinez. Also, there's an update in there about Google.
