Help on Cubic IDE/ GoldED

I am trying to configure buttons in Cubic IDE / GoldED. Example given:

"a cut button"...

Resized Image

I am able to insert an Icon, I then can doubleclick on that an can choose an inbuild command...doubleclick on NOP, and I find CLIP CUT/S, COPY/S....
I can choose this commmand, but I just need
"CLIP CUT" for this, right? Where/how do I change that? Doubleclicking once again doesn't help...is there another key I have to hold down in order to be able to change something?

Another question, where do I change UI Language of CubicIDE / GoldED

Last question, why doesn't GoldED come up with regular buttons like in any other Editor "Cut, paste and copy" ?

Pressing F2 usually allows you to edit strings. Or triple click?
