Front usb not working on sam?

Whenever i try to plug a usb thing on the front of my case i get the same meesage by the workbench saying this: hub driver was unable to add the attached device.

Anyone knows why it wont work? It works if i put it in the usb on the back.

Here with the Mini ITX we use for our complete configurations, front usb works just fine with usb stick or keyboard or mouse !
We have also tried front usb on Antec minuet series, there's no problem at all ;)

Thanks for helping. Found the error,the red cable(power) had loosened. Glad it wasn't any more complicated than that
