any Hyperion website contacts working?

I am trying to fix my registration on the Hyperion website, but have not gotten any response to e-mails asking for help (no bounces, just no replies). Are these addresses not working, or is there another one I should be using?

Ok, I am having some luck now, since the website is letting me try to register again. Still no mail replies, but at least part of the logjam is moving now.

Ok, a day later, and still no registration mail, although the site said it sent one. Is it just me? Can someone else try and see if they get a mail when they register please.

(I did check my spam filter box also)
