@livebyfaith74
You are missing some of the files from original installation. I think am using files from my Steam account, but I do have original CD. Because I have Augustus installed on my main rig since I found about it, I just copied files over to Amiga.
Another good mention is VanillaRA/VanillaTD/Vanilla ConquerTD, look them up in OS4Depot. Didn't test them properly because of time, so I can't say if there are any glitches or crashes in the campaigns.
As @davebraco advised, DOSBox can be used as better alternative for some of the games.

Warcraft II on Startagus/Wargus crashed on late campaign mission, can't remember since it has been a while, and I couldn't finish the game. There is a bug in current Amiga version (from 2005) which will crash the game after archery is upgraded to 3rd tier? Or was it a second?
Warzone 2100 was crashing for me on first mission and couldn't move on.
Augustus works perfectly, finished peaceful campaign and most of military. While it is not RTS, it's a great management sim. It tend to slow down for a bit when you have huge city built.

Re: IntuitionBase.com updates

What kind of articles could be uploaded into IntuitionBase? Is it tutorials on how to use certain software? Example could be FFmpegGUI/FFmpeg installation, settings and usage, or tutorials for AOS4 strictly, like how to make bootable USB stick for AOS4? Are there any kind of requirements? Looking at sailors post for second time; it is deep and very informative, I am amazed at technical knowledge she is displaying which made me wondering what can be posted there.
Just one more thing, it's no big deal, going through the articles feels clunky. Maybe to divide them in different sections instead of scrolling down would be better? Just a thought.

I got my missing key from eBay. One of my keys stopped making connection on A4000 keyboard so I ordered A500 key, stem thing and cap, replaced it an it works. It was cheap as well. Check it out if you can't find anyone with spare key.

@McFly
Made my USB stick using your instructions, it went very well. Just want to add, instructions are missing step where to locate and then copy "RadeonRX.chip and RadeonRX.chip.debug", however this was noted in the "What is needed" section. Step 4 is also not clear that edits needs to be done in 2 different "kicklayouts", but this could be easily understood by looking at the images.
No need to be sorry, everything was great! I was thinking I could somehow update the files directly to stick from released patches, so I don't have to install them later, but it was not possible as I imagined. Probably could be done if install script is modified, and patches applied after the installation, but that's over my head.
Thanks again!

Yes, I swapped ALT and A keys as well, it just bugs me that A keys are not recognized. Thanks!
