Since yesterday I'm trying to connect to AmiStore or Updater but it cannot connect. If I try to connect to https://www.amisphere.com it doesn't work either.

Waiting for it to get back online to be able to buy Novabridge.

You patch is indeed very useful since I get no more freeze but it causes tearing when playing videos with Emotion or DvPlayer.

So let's wait for an updated driver :)

After having tried to make an RX 580 work in my X1000 and failed, I purchased an RX 560 and it work with the CFE hack.

Still some weid freezes in Emotion (video stops playing). I have installed Deniil's patch and reverted the INTERRUPTS to YES. We'll see how it comes along.

There's a bug with Emotion that occurs with Radeon HD but I don't know if it is the case with Radeon RX : try to click outside of Emotion window (anywhere on the WB for example) when video is playing.

AioStream with Emotion (or MPlayer) already does the trick, no ?

Question: does QEmu exists ont Power architecture?

Would QEmu on a Talos II system ( https://www.raptorcs.com/ ), for example, be really fast since PowerPC architecture derivates from Power arch ?

How can we know if everyone is playing in normal mode or easy mode ?

In easy mode, I can have such high scores too.

It has already been ported on MorphOS by BeWorld in 2021 (based on CowCat's work).

My best score so far : 37664 (I won't post a grab since I'm pretty sure others will do better).

M.A.C.E. is one of the most technically advanced game for AmigaOS 4.1. Graphics are superb (transparency effects are great) and music is really nice.

BUT if you want to fully enjoy the game, play it in easy mode. In normal mode, the game is not very well balanced: too few weapons or health bonuses whereas ennemies are way too powerful (even if you manage ta have increased you weapon to the maximum).

With some luck, you could be able to see part 2 of the game in normal mode... and then die.

The few highscores posted at the moment show how difficult the game is in normal mode (maybe with some luck some will achieve a little bit more than 40 000 points but I highly doubt many will go beyond that).

I know that developping a driver is costly (not only with money since Linux Radeon drivers are made freely by *lots* of developpers whereas you are alone working on it for AmigaOS 4.1). Thanks for your work :)

Maybe also because we have :

* paid for a Radeon HD card (R7 240 - 250 - 270 - 280...) and we don't want to pay for a new card again (while these cards can THEORICALLY decode 1080p streams without any problem)

* paid for tyhe Radeon HD drivers

* paid for the Radeon HD driver v5.x hoping it would allow us to be able to play 1080p stream without any problem

* paid for Warp3D SI (and we should pay again for Nova Bridge if changing for a Radeon RX)

So no, going the RX way after having spent so much money i sa no go for many Radeon HD users.
