I get occasional crashes with the new PTP file transfer utility on my X5000. The system just locks when it its nearing the end of loading the content on my iPhone 7. By occasional I mean once every 3-5 times I use it. Especially the first couple of time I used it, it was bad and the crashes were almost every time. After about 20 tryes it is every 3-5 times. I think it is the USB driver or something that crashes so I am no sure if it is PTP that causes the crash but below are the serial debug from two of the crashes.

I have previously had problems with the VICE C64 etc. emulator not working on OS4. http://vice-emu.sourceforge.net/amigaos.htmlThe relatively new 3.1 release (se link below) locks up my X5000 no matter what emulator I chose and I have to power of the machine to get it back. The same goes for the 3.0 release. This is what I get form serial debug:

@kas1e Thank you Adding --no-check-certificate to the script did the trick. Now it works! Also thank you to @nbache for your suggestion.

I have had a problem with Odessey since I reinstalled my X5000 lately. I get this error when I try to download the fonts: --- Welcome to OWB font downloader! --2017-04-30 19:51:56-- http://downloads.sourceforge.net/proj ... 0fonts/final/andale32.exeResolving downloads.sourceforge.net... 216.34.181.59 Connecting to downloads.sourceforge.net|216.34.181.59|:80... connected. I have had the problem both before and after I updated to AmiSSL4.1 and can't seem to fine a solution. Odessey works fine (posting from it now). Any suggestions?

@ChrisH
Erasing and installing again did not help me. I still have corruption.
To be sure I removed the Emulation folder and installed one with th r7 version from and old backup. It works fine no corruption. Updating to r8 or erasing and reinstalling (As suggested by ribdevil) gives me the described problem.
I am running a X1000 with a Radeon HD5450 and a Radeon 9250PCI. I am running the latest 1.0 version of the RadeonHD.chip driver (the one from march). 4.1 update 6 with all updates.
I have not done anything unusual to RunInUAE: I have not used it that much. Primaraly for playing old demos.

@ChrisH It is not related to a specific demo/program. Yesterday I just booted workbench (via the RunInUAE menu) and it has the same corruption. I have tried changing resolution both inside 3.1 and via RunInUAE but the result is the same: Corruption. If I start a demo/game etc. the problem is more or less gone but in WB3.1 it is there. Sorry for not being completely clear the first time

Thank you for a great program . I am getting graphics corruption in the latest beta. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/139090/RuninUAE%20error.jpgWhen the demo/program starts the workbench have corruption as you can see in this picture. When the demo it self kicks in (I have only tested demos) it has very little if anything. I do not think it is E-UAE related since I have been using the latest jit-beta optimized for my X1000 with the latest official release without any problems. It happens both in window and fullscreen.

Any linux experiences with two PCI-I gfx cards?

At the moment I have a Radeon 5450 and a Radeon 9250 PCI installed in my X1000. It works fine in OS4.1 but I can not get 3D acceleration in any linux distribution except the officiel Ubuntu Remix 12.04 from A-EON.
I have been offered a cheap used Radeon 6870 and I was wondering if anybody have any experience with two PCI-E gfxcards and Linux? I know it runs in OS4.1 (no native 3D) but how does it work in Linux?
Btw, I have a 650 Watt powersupply that should be enough for the 5450 and the 6870, or?

Optimizing OS 4.0 for classic

I have a A4000 with Cyberstorm 200Mhz, 128MB RAM and a CybervisionPPC card. My netcard is an Ariadne and I have a Delfina Lite soundcard.
All in all a nice system that OS 4.0 runs fine on.
My OS 4.0 install is more a less straight of the box. No tweaks ore nothing.
Are their ways (besides installing SFS) to speed up the system?

OS 4.0 / os 3.9 dual boot - how to?

Is there a order you have to install the OS'es in if you want a OS 4.0 / OS 3.9 dual boot? I have OS 4.0 running on DH0: Works fine. I have MorphOS for Power up on DH1: Works fine also. Eventhou OS 4.0 is much faster I recently installed OS 3.1 on DH2 and that worked fine also. (once again thanks to all who helped me getting my CybervisionPPC to run) But when I try to install OS 3.9 on DH2 it installs fine but if I do a cold reboot it goes back to loading OS 4.0 from DH0: after the reset and I can't get to it from the boot menu. I have a hunch that the ROM update is not as smart in OS3.9 as in OS4.0 and that OS 3.9 has to be placed before OS 4.0 on DH0: but that is only a hunch. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
