While wading hip-deep in nostalgia for the the next installment of our Amiga History series (the next installment is currently scheduled for December 9), there have been some recent developments in the modern-day Amiga market. Yes, there is a modern-day Amiga market, although some of its major players seem bent on making sure there isn't one.

Alchimie 7 was an alternative computing show held in Tain L'Hermitage (France) organized by the Triple A association. Highlights was the presentation of the MorphOS 2.0 status (lots of things to see), AmigaOS 4 Classic version (with photo of the box and the floppy disk), Amikit, Haiku, OpenSound, Deneb, Blender, Samantha & ACube, robots, etc.

The Amiga Future 69 (November/December 2007) has been released today. This means that all subscriptions, preorders and dealer orders have been shipped.

The Italian site OS4Games has realized a report available in Italian and English on the Italian show "Pianeta Amiga 2007". Moreover you will find a photo gallery of the event and a video of the conference with ACube Systems.
