![]() Nice one!
Are there any chances to see this IDE ported back to AmigaOS in the future? Best regards, Niels |

![]() I think this is positive news that will ensure that hollywood gains some new users and hopefully a lot of development in the future.
No need to backport the IDE if we get a plugin for Codebench. Any news on the plugin Rigo?? Also Hollywood works with Cubic IDE so it's not like we're desperately missing anything. Only minor objection is that the Amiga version could be a little cheaper as it comes without the IDE (Cubic is extra). |

![]() As all of the Hollywood users are on the official mailing list, it was announced there.
I will put up something on the CodeBench website when I get a chance. But for now, all those that need to know, know :) |

I beg to differ. More like the end of any more Amiga versions if history is anything to go by. Distant Suns, DOpus Magellan and a long list of others that dropped Amiga support as soon as they had a Windows version ![]() |

![]() No they left the Amiga because of the tiny userbase. Hollywood was started and evolved in a small community and a small userbase because the author is dedicated to the Amiga.
A successful windows version could ensure faster development of both versions. |

That's what was said about the other applications too. Pity it NEVER works out that way. Windows versions are the death knell for any Amiga version ![]() |

![]() I am pretty sure that Andreas will never abbandon Hollywood for Amiga OS(es), he put a lot of effort to realise what (imho) is one of the best software ever created even of Windows?
