Minor itch: Screen switching and active windows

Is there anyway to make WB 'remember' the active window per screen? When I switch screens I need to click the window that was previously active on that screen each time I do a switch which is a bit annoying.

Using the AutoPoint commodity I can sort of get what I want, but then I have to live with the constant change of focus when I move the mouse which is also a bit annoying And it only works if I'm just running full screen applications or leave the mouse alone completely otherwise I might activate random windows when switching screens.

It is GUI prefs -> Controls -> Front screen activation (under Global Intuition controls + Miscellaneous).
