Problem with adding a poll?

Dear all,

I have failed abysmally to add a poll for the last week and a bit. I click 'add new poll' follow the instructions in the polls manual, the screen displays 'database updated', but the poll just does not appear. Could someone please have a look and tell me what I am doing wrongly? I am completely stumped.

I just ran trough here and created one with no problems.

Enter Polls forum
Click "New Poll" (not New Topic)
Put in a subject etc
It should then refresh to the poll question and possible answers
Submit that and "database updated!".

If you still can't get it to work, send me a PM with the question/answers and I'll create it for you.
