yes.. the tests use all 4 core, the video playback does not, and maybe its does video decoding on GPU, so does effect CPU anyway...

but this for now, when programs start support SMP, they can do some, do video on one core, and cpu emulation on another, or it can effect the OS in way that allows USB or network, sound to work, when one of core is at 100% cpu load.. the computer becomes more responsive..
