Sent PM Messages show a "broken" image

In User Menu/Messaging/Sent when one clicks on any message there is a "broken" image shown after "Subject".

The "image" doesn't seem to exist (copy and paste like above seem to indicate that there is something there, but it's not shown...missing image on server?) as downloading or showing it on another tab doesn't trigger anything, it's till there and looks wrong
