What is the demo your running, is WarpOS demo?
Are using WarpEMU or ReWarp? Or maybe a 680x0 demo?

if running inside a emulation, might emulation layer your using that has problems too.

It's not related to emulation, it happens with native programs too. This has already been identified as an R200 driver issue a long time ago.
This is just like television, only you can see much further.
