Thanks for your hints! As discribed above, I solved it by adding a new user to the Windows system.
Very interesting, that I can use the IP address, didn't know that.

Sorry, I think I mistranslated. I was referring to the name of the PC. Also, I don't use a shared folder, but I create a ‘network drive’ and disable the password. This is the string I use in the Mountlist

Startup = "smb://192.168.x.xxx/Share VOLUME=Shared NOPASSWORDREQ"

192.168.x.xx = PC name
Share= Network drive name
Shared= Amiga volume name

@cygnusEd It is possible use IP address instead of the name, with anymwere OS.
Or the domain name server in case you have personal DNS or you had configure the hosts table.
