Would it be hard to show if a user has any private messages as soon as he logs in without having to click on the Inbox, like AmigaWorld does?

Not that I get a lot of personal messages.

If you have any unread personal messages, the amount is displayed next to the Inbox link in the left-hand menu, assoon as you log in.
