Selecting screen resolution

Just popping in

Hi,

When I want to select my screen resolution on OS4.1 I can only select 800x600 while I know it should do 1024x768. I had this before and I can't remember what I did. I see only Radeon 7000:800x600. Anyone got some ideas?

Just can't stay away

Check in screenmode prefs MONITORS tab.
I have only DDC and ONLY 60HZ options checked. And reboot your system.

Or if you want to "hand write" your monitor settings, go to DEVS:monitors/radeon icon and edit/change VSYNCMIN VSYNMAX HSYNCMIN HSYNCMAX to fit your monitor's settings.

OS4.1 update 1 gives me the correct screen resolution during the installation.
