the palette (prefs) command

has the following format
FROM,EDIT/S,USE/S,SAVE/S,PUBSCREEN/K,CREATEICONS/K,SCREEN/S,SHOWHINTS/K,LEFT/K,TOP/K,WIDTH/K,HEIGHT/K,FONTNAME/K,FONTSIZE/K/N,REDBITS/K/N,GREENBITS/K/N,BLUEBITS/K/N,COLORBITS/K/N,COLORMODEL/K:

Most items are clear but hat are the last ones
