I would expect that
RX "address WORKBENCH 'HELP'"
does generate the list of available arexx commands.

It does not , according to its documentation

Format:

HELP [COMMAND <Command name>] [MENUS] [PROMPT]
all arguments areoptional.

Verified on OS4.1 Update 6

Has it ever given this list?
