There has been a new filing in the Amiga v Hyperion case. I have found at least one typo in the new filing (page 3, lines 15 through 18, as the referenced paragraph didn't really contain any allegations. They must have meant paragraph 24, as there are allegations there). As regards paragraph 62 and the statements it makes regarding paragraph 62 of the amended counterclaim, paragraph 62 of the amended counterclaim contains a typo: there is a rather important word missing.
The filing concludes by demanding dismissal of the amended counterclaims, asking for lawyers' fees and court costs. While it does not preclude them, it does not ask for any other damages regarding the amended counterclaim.

try to park their bias at the door.
