Is comment #54 accurate?

Is Amiga Inc. (W) the ONLY "entity" allowed exclusive use of the Amiga IP until it ceases to be, for the $5 mil. they paid to Gateway 2000? Are the trademarks ONLY usable so long as Amiga Inc. "exists"? Sublicensing "usage" is okay, but NOT sale of it? Anyone know anything about this?
