I tried to play Gloom deluxe on Os 4.1, but didn't succeed : has anyone can help ?

iirc Gloom (deluxe) used some pretty nasty hardware banging to get to the speed they had...not sure though, could aswell be another game i remember

Gloom as well as other games and lots of demos back then, used the copper to change the palette on each line of the display. This gave a kind of chunky mode with a horizontal resolution of about 100 pixels. Much faster than any chunky to planar conversion on slow CPUs. This can't work on non-AGA machines though...

Yes, but I remember there was a Deluxe Edition that ran in 1:1 Pixel mode on my Cybervision 64 3D, however quite slow. Must be very fast on WinUAE nowadays...

Yes, I'm talking about gloom deluxe that can run on non AGA/ECS Amiga classic (rtg support : window on workbench or rtg screen) :

but as far as i try, it didn't work with Os 4 (try on 8 bits workbench, blacklisted/JIT, ...).
