amistore is a-eon product, hyperion don't have access maybe, easier to upload on their own servers.


anyone can put something up on amistore an sell it. its not just a-eon who seels there products in there, its for all 3 party'es too..

and i think hyperion should suport it.. iff wee had amistore back in 1998 wee would still have most of the developers who was still on the amiga scene after commedore died. developers who made softwere for amiga 2/3/4000 and other expanded amigas such like amiga 1200 with harddisk and acceleration cards ( cpu & ram ) updated..

maby wee would have got napalm 2 (EUROBURN), candy factory 2 and others..

i just think that hyperion should suport the amistore.

what about using an harddisk recorder and then stream it, just send the ip of the device to the other machine mplayer or winamp. i think some nas servers can do the same thing.. simply connect an ip camrea to the harddisk recorder and then run a live stream over ip..

if os 4.2 is portet to 68k then the onboard 020 cpu will allso be used when you have an lets say an 060 acc card in your amiga.. i never seem to understand way no one never maked a powerup thing with an petunia main app for 68k

så the os could run on the os 020 and then benafit from the ram on the acc card and you got all the power on the acc card to work with...

intrasting. imagine emulate an cd32 running os 4.1 on ppc, wonder what advanced the akkio chip will bring the cd32 over the a1200 when running os amiga os 4.1 via ppc emu

when duel core suports come the x1000 have a chance to do it i think maby when smp is up and running aeon is comming with something new

i dont thinkt it will be like sam 460, but just to see amiga os 4.x running on a netbook is nice. and anyway its a low buget solution something that wee have lacked since the last classics came out...
