Hello guys... all things are sorted... but... I have some explaining to do... :)
1) I thought that all the GemRB games supported up to 1024x768 resolution. My bad.
2) To add insult to injury... my Amiga output is connected to a Elgato PCIe capture card on my PC, and that capture card doesn't like certain resolutions, such as 640x480.
https://www.amazon.com/Elgato-Pro1080p ... -Technology/dp/B014MQIVPSSo... when I first started BG1 after installation, no screen was opened and I only heard audio. I looked in the .cfg file and turned off fullscreen... that solved the problem.
And then I also set a resolution to 1024x768. That was as @Majestro suggested... the game does not support that resolution.
I read on the GemRB website that they sort of solved that with their latest v0.9.x but that one requires Python 3.x which we do not have under AmigaOS 4.x (yet).
So, for me to play BG1 I either have to play in a window on WB, or connect my Amiga directly to the monitor to enjoy fullscreen 640x480.
I hope that clarify my issues. :)
