This great project http://www.xcore.com/projects/isaflop makes me wonder why the XENA chip on the X1000 couldnt be made to handle the Amiga Floppy interface that currently requires a catweasel.
Lots of work involved (none of which I could do) but is it theoretically possible?

That is good news and is much appreciated.

There are already about 8 linux distros running on x1000. Pat Wall has been tirelessly working on them for a couple of years.

These LinuxOS4 parasites do not appear to be anywhere close to offering anything new.

Given the way our community spoke of Barry Altman (Robertos' personal friend) I would not be surprised if Roberto went out of his way to damage the Amiga community.

Revenge as they say is a dish best served cold...

Quake series. Freespace 2, Heretic 2, Shogo are the ones which I try to get running. The addition of a 9250 to my X1000 helped a little.
A future RTCW port would be great to see too.
