Is this right? It did boot perfectly but asked me to insert device RUN>NIL:

Hmm... Still no luck with the net... will try to set up static IP but I suck at those things...

I have trouble with this installation... Well, actually it goes great until it's finished.

When I get to configure my net connection it doesn't work. I go through the settings, doing everything like I used to, but it just doesn't connect.

ETH3COM simply times out without finding a connection. I didn't have this problem before.

Then when I reboot it hangs on the AmigaOS4.1 screen forever... Forcing me to boot through the cd...

I went through the installation three times with the same result...

What should I do?

Some years ago I bought Quake II for my AmigaONE... Well, after seeing all the news in the last couple of days I felt like playing around with the Amiga again.

Having a terrible cold the time is there...

However when I found my copy of Quake II with the black Hyperion disc with the Amiga installer I can't find my registration code anywhere!

Was it on a piece of paper or?

I will probably buy this as well... actually... changed that... I will buy it. Although I think that 1200 euro is pretty much my limit.

And the AmigaONE would have to go... Perhaps AmigaKit will offer a trade-in? They could then sell the AmigaONE to another user at a nice price...

We will see...

Actually - I think I am a bit unlucky...

I am spending the new year in London (from the 28th) so it would have been perfect to visit this Amiga Fair...

Sadly, no... Perhaps another time since plane tickets are really cheap at the moment...

I am considering buying Pagestream for my OS4.1 AmigaONE.

I have been looking at Grasshoppers website and I have a few questions that I couldn't find answered.

If I buy Pagestream 5.0 for OS4 do I get 4.1 as well?

How well does 5.0 run on OS4.1?

Is it still being actively developed for OS4.1?

Vacation time! And I just got around installing the latest quickfix on the AmigaONE.

However, this has given me a bit of trouble. The installation went smoothly. But afterwards the Amiga seems to have problems completing the boot process.

It always gets to the AmigaOS 4.1 screen but then it goes right to a blank workbench screen. This happens 3 out of 5 times from cold boot and always from soft reboot.

Those times went it boots probably there is no trouble at all...

Now, could this be battery related or should I look elsewhere?

The sooner the better! Let's get this bounty up and running!

Yeah, I agree... AB3D is the superior game... It runs - but far, far to slow. I guess that the same will be true about Xtreme Racing...

Unless somebody can prove me wrong I don't think we can have these games running at top speed with the current EUAE...

It's far from as good as AB3D but it would be fun...

Hi guys,

Last night I got E-UAE to boot up Alien Breed 3D but it was really, really slow.

I know that we miss JIT and so on, but can this game be made to run playable on a MicroA1?

P.S. Does anybody know what Richard is up to at the moment?

So basically I must have installed the SDK at one point. I wonder why... Could it have something to do with Sobjs?

Anyway, I might download just for the fun of it. I recognize a lot of the library-names and it's quite nice to see the progress!

Tonight I ran Amiupdate and it told me to try and change the server tooltype.

I did just this and suddently an amazing number of files where available for download...

Do I need these files? I didn't really know so I changed the tooltype back to normal again...
