First of all, are you sure about pcie2pci adapter, will it work?

SBLive! works perfect for me..it must be on emu10kx chip. See driver description on OS4Depot.

Edit. Found a few photos and 0570 has a newer chip. Probably wont work. You have to search for older version (lower number).

I use Apple compact wired keyboard (without numeric keypad). Works very good and is excellent quality.

New, full install works for me but when I try to relaunch NetSurf I have this message:

Snapshot window doesnt work after reboot, only in current session. Save settings works OK.
I dont know how to edit titles in the hotlist window so I have copied my hotlist from NS2.6 and it works. However playing with it causes some graphic corruption.
When I try to post in this forum only submit button works.
Pressing A+T and A+N opens new window. Any shortcut to open new tab?

"Twice pressing" is not a big problem. Good that Guru has gone...

It looks that AmiFIG GUI doesn't like 16 pts (or bigger) fonts. It is ok when I change it to 15 pts or smaller and save the config.

EDIT. When I deleted figprefs file there is no "twice pressing" problem with Settings->Edit

The problem was I didn't have reqtools.l.main installed. I can write text now, no guru...

Still some problems with the windows. AmiFIG doesn't open Fontsettings window until I change GUI font to smaller one or save a config file. Sometimes refuses to open Preferences window. After saving config file I have to move mouse pointer on the Settings->Edit twice to open preferences.

Ok, quick test:

Zoom window works OK.
The small problem with opening settings is gone...

Fontsettings window doesnt open at all (from the menu and from Attributes window). When I change GUI font (in settings) to bigger one, AmiFIG is unable to draw windows but when I change GUI font to smaller one, Fontsettings window appears and I can choose font.
Unfortunately, immediate guru when trying to type text.

Quick test (158.2):

I have instant Guru when I click T from the toolbar and try to write something in the project window.

Resizing project window, even empty (AntiAliasing ON): huge slowdown for several seconds of the whole system, when AA is OFF resizing is very fast.

Drawing (AA ON, custom screen) is OK, (AA ON, WB screen) sometimes freezes whole system. When AA is OFF no freezes at all.

To edit settings I have to move pointer on the menu twice. First time nothing happens.

Anyway, its getting better and better. Good luck!



EDIT: Zoom window works on custom screen not on WB screen.

I have the same problem with my mouse plugged into the front usb port.
However apple keybord plugged into the same port works OK.
I thougt it is AOS4 bug but will do the test and replug my mouse into the bottom, rear usb port. We will see. It may take some time because my mouse lose connection once for a while.
