Found a huge 2GB archive called WHDLoadCover, it doesn't contain icon games but the cover of them.. maybe they are ok for you

Most if not all icons there are only for modern games for OS4, and only a few spared are for classic.. so no, if you want modern OS4 style icons for older classic games you have to ask someone to do so, otherwise maybe have a look on Aminet, there should be for sure something of the old era

Do you have this problem with the recent released MODs or with all of them?
If so probably its because our version of OpenBOR is too old for them..
try with some pre-2013 MODs first

Its a native port for OS4 released in 2005 or 2006 by Per Johansson but he left the scene years ago.
I presume your port was older... for WarpOS maybe?

Unfortunely the author of TGEmu left Amiga years ago.. as alternative for PC Engine emu you can use Mednafen or Final Burn

I was reported this problem long ago, to maybe add a simple check if ogles could not be used for any reason, then automatically fallback to minigl (or software)

Why such old ogles.library installed?
Latest is 3.3 or 3.4.... aniway as on Peg2 probably you does not use it at all, so try to remove it (just rename), reboot and restart ScummVM again
