@orgin

Hey... it works great. I just test it and it seems stable and great. Just do the copy as default and not the move, as it is the default of the OS.

I would like to ask about remembering not only one window position, but the secone, the third and so on.... It would be helpful to open the windows in specific places, maybe the same places as they were the last time (autosave at close).

Keep up the good work orgin. You are great.

Re: Stargus- Starcraft port for OS4.x

I tried it also on my mAmiga One. The installation done without troubles and the game run without problems.

I had the following problems in the game:
1. The refinery build had problems when I tried to build them. It starts but then never completed. Also in the graphics of those small volacno like, the animation of it wasn't shown, I mean there should be a green cloud over it, moving.

2. When I tried to move some of my buildings, it never happened.

3. The cursor is disappearing when I had to put a spot for the units where to go. For example, when the soldiers are producted, I want to point an other spot to go than the default one, I can't see the pointer.

Also, I know that there is an update for the PC version which enables more features and fixes some bugs of the game. Is there a way to make it applied to the stargus version?

Finally, I would like to thank you all about all your efforts on porting it to OS4. Is one of my beloved games. Keep up the good work.

@all

It's surely a problem with USBCTRL. I had this grey workbench screen problem on my mA1 the 9 times of almost 10 warm reboots. When I had a usb flash stick attached to the computer, no problem came up. When I didn't have it attached, there was the grey workbench screen.

So I disabled USBCTRL command at SS and no problem at all. Then I run it with:
Run >NIL: C:USBCTRL
and everything was ine again, and my USB ports enabled rom the beginning.

it would be great if we could have a way to add an option to the links to download them executing an rexx command and connect them with charon.... That would be great... Maybe the executed rexx could be passed as an option to the icon of OWB. Charon is a great download manager, and I hope that it will be updated soon....

I agree that a bounty for such a project is really necessary, and I will support it. Also, there is a need for a port of samba 3.x. Let's see what will come first. :D

Today I tried to install it on my mA1 with 512MB ram and Radeon 7000 onboard. I tried the original CD of starcraft, with no updates in it.

From the installation I got this output

@MickJT

Yesterday I tried the latest version of sabremsn. I looked at the rexx older there wasn't something or sabremsn. I started creating it based on the one that was there for wookiechat. I should mention it. Sorry or that.

So when I saw that it works, I just post it here or anyone to use it.

SabreMSN is becoming better and better everyday, and with your valuable help, will become better. Thanks for it.

For anyone who might need it, a simple script for simpleplay to change your status msg on your sabremsn

/*sabremsn change status text script */
PortN="SABREMSN.1"

IF Find(Show(Ports),PortN)>0 THEN DO

ADDRESS SABREMSN.1
 Playing
=GEnv("TuneNet/Playing")

Status=GEnv("TuneNet/Status")

"PERSONALMESSAGE I'm listening to" Playing ""
End

Exit

GEnv:
IF ~
Exists("ENV:"Arg(1)) THEN ENVRes=""
ELSE DO

Call Open(ENVF,"ENV:"Arg(1),"R")

ENVRes=ReadLn(ENVF)

Call Close(ENVF)
End
Return ENVRes

Re: NetSurf 2.1 released !

@Chris

I use now the latest cairo version and seems a lot faster and more stable than before. The only thing that I believe should be fixed is the GIF/PNG background, that is shown with black color on 16bit screens. You see, I use my mA1 on that mode because the 32MB of the graphics memory are finishing too fast on 32bit screen. On my workbench of 1680x1050 32bit, when the machine starts I have only 16MB of free Gfx Memory. If I start then the Netsurf, i get only 4,5MB Gfx Mem Free. So, after a few pages the graphics problems start.

That's all I would ask. Thanks for your fine work...
