I tried to install SFS/02 on my USB HardDisk.
Al goes ok, SFS/02 is used but when I try to get the latest Mandriva on this disk, the maximum lenght of the file is 2,1 Gb.
I thought that with SFS/02 I could write a file well over 4Gb.
What is going wrong?

@MamePPCA1
If you've got assigns for Cygnix in your user-startup, remove (ou uncomment) them and try again.
Anyway, Quake 3 for AmigaOS 4 is very buggy and not very stable, sad because I like playing this kind of game too.

@Helge If you use Dnetc 68k (under WinUAE ou Amithlon), it won't notice it is a PC, it will count it as AmigaOS/68k. Moreover, the rules haven't change since a very long time And don't forget to check: http://www.acggbg.org/proxy/ogr/ which is updated daily and was also created for Amiga

@AmigaPapst
Wrong. Only with PowerPC based Amigas (WarpUp or PowerUP or AmigaOS 4) you can crunch for PPC/AmigaOS.
The PowerPC AmigaOS is a generic term to list the above. There are no specific stats for AmigaOS 4 only.

@Valiant
No problem here with the July update.
Nonetheless, during summer, I stop crunching since my AmigaOne is the only Amiga I own and I wouldn't want to see my G3 fry.

@Elwood Your XE? You'll give it to me since I doubt the Sam440 will be more powerfull than a G4, but who knows.

I've been using SFS for many years now, from my Amiga 1200 to my AmigaOne. I also used it with Amithlon.
I could not get back to FFS now (slow, waiting for validation, etc...).

@stianstr Ok, INTERRUPT=No did the trick and I have been able to play the game without any problem. Nonetheless, I'm wondering what the 3D is used for. If it had been a 2D game, I would not have seen the difference. Furthermore, it takes all of the CPU (G3 at 800 Mhz). Thanks for this game, it is very funny

My opinion is that the game is not really playable for the moment but it is a good start since it is an SDL/GL game. Let's wait for the next version

PR1 and acfqe: did you read the entire thread? We told you where was the OS4 Icon.
Of course the MOS executable won't run on AmigaOS4.
