On my system I have installed version 2.39, and doesn't ask me for an update, although I have www.amiupdate.net at the server list and it is active. Is there a way to force the update? at au.log I see 20:36:57 Synchronising with server: 'www.amiupdate.net'... 20:36:57 Requesting HTTP header file from server... 20:36:57 Trying to connect to: www.amiupdate.net on port: 80 20:38:12 Failed 20:38:12 Failed to establish connection to: www.amiupdate.net error: Connection to the server failed 20:38:12 Failed to receive HTTP header file... 20:38:12 HTTPFetch error: Transferring the file was not possible due to a previous error

@all I just uploaded at os4depot the new version of aiostreams v1.5 with a lot of changes. Now there is support for Wasd.tv website for my Russian frinds out there. And if you like Peertube, there is a new script supporting those video instances. To mention a few: * Added Wasd.tv script * Added PeerTube script * Fixed skaitv.py script to support the latest changes of the website * Changed the place of the video qualities lists by separating them from the configuration file to a new file named vqw.py * Added a full changelog file * Changed the scripts' descriptions on help request As always, if you have any request or you would like to report a problem you discovered, go to: https://github.com/walkero-gr/aiostreams/issues

@templario If your OWB version at your SAM is 1.26, I guess it is a really old version. You should try a newer one. Also, in the documentation of OWB there is a proposed ENV variable that disables SSL check, which the developer proposes to set in case there are issues with SSL.

I tried it yesterday and didn't see any issue. If this is resolved for you as well, then that's great.
pvanni is right. There might be something in browser cache.
Thank you for your help.

@raziel Thank you for your report. I will test it ASAP and see what I can do. I might need to send you a couple of test PMs.
Can you tell me the browsers you used when you had those issues?

The necessary changes for SSL applied and it is also forced. If you see any problems, please, do not hesitate to contact us, so that we can address them.

@all I started working on the website. From this thread you are going to get info on the progress. I do not expect the website to be down at any time.
For now SSL is enabled but not forced. I need first to fix problems that occured. A backup is taken as well, so nothing will be lost.
You can find me at the #amigans channel on IRC, for any problems you may see.

@all At https://aiostreams.amiga-projects.net/ you can now discover interesting streams from Mixer.com, as I added dedicated pages for that network. You can see the current featured streams, as long as a top of 51 streams. There are more pages in the working queue, which you can see at https://github.com/walkero-gr/aiostreams/projects/2Feel free to give me your feedback and your proposals.

@all There is a new version at https://github.com/walkero-gr/aiostreams/releases/tag/v1.4.2From this package you can get only the twitch.py script, which is the only one changed, against v1.4.1. Hopefully this fixes the problems with Twitch, but have in mind that Emotion player will not work. You better use ffplay. I will do a proper updated version on OS4Depot later today, but you can try this one and give me your feedback, if it works for you.

@white Found the problem. Unfortunately, it is a change from Twitch.tv API, which affects all the similar apps out there, that use this endpoint.
As soon as I find a fix I will release a new version and let you know guys.

@all Please have a look at http://aiostreams.amiga-projects.netSince Twitch.tv is not usable in any of our available browsers, I created the above website as a good companion for the aiostreams scripts. It is much faster than twitch.tv, with no javascripts and tracking scripts. It doesn't support logins, and might never support. The aim is to include in this website as many networks as possible, and remain usable on IBrowse and AWeb browsers (maybe on Voyager as well). Have in mind that some links lead to twitch.tv website. These can be used with the aiostreams scripts, and if you configure the browser to have those scripts on left click menus, they can automatically open on your workbench. You can track the next steps and my todo list for this page at https://github.com/walkero-gr/aiostreams/projects/2Also, I have a workaround ready for the twitch script were some streams cannot work, which I am currently testing. A new version will be released soon. Keep an eye on this topic.

@yoodoo2 That's great news. I really like Mindspace and I think it is one of the apps we surely need. Are you going to maintain the first version for bugs? Do you consider to open source it, so that people can contribute or learn from your code?
Keep up the good work you are doing.

@white Thank you for your fine words. For me, there is no need of a desktop GUI, but I plan to create a website that will work fine on IBrowse and AWeb, with minimum usage of Javascript, no logins, but with some capabilities like the original websites have. So, this can ba a fast and great GUI for all systems, without having to lose time to different environments. Of 'course this "GUI" will be only online, without having to install anything. Like tonvid.com used by SMTube, only that you will need only your beloved browser.
What do you think about it?
