Edit: ok, it's due to some beta components.
I checked with a completely clean OS4 and I can say that Qt requires the following SObjs:
- libiconv
- libintl

Could you add these in the readme?

Thanks for the details. So AmigaOS could be LE (ok drivers would have to be modified). So it could help in porting drivers from the LE world but not other software.

Ok, do you have a a1ide_conf variable in Uboot?
If set incorrectly, it can lead to a partial boot.

If you have one, remove it.
It's not needed since a long time ago. The drivers can check what is connected by themselves. At least on recent hardware, but it should be the same with the MicroA1.
If you want to remove it, do from uboot:
printenv a1ide_conf => Write it down. Just in case.
setenv a1ide_conf
save

Impossible. SLB is not platform-dependent. It is the same for everyone.
So it should work for the Micro too.

And I have my SYS: in SFS2 (Sam460 here).

You really need to explain what you have if you want to be helped!

So, you reach the WB so it seems everything is OK in the kickstart modules. You have some problem due to some programs loaded from the user-startup or WBstartup.
As you just installed the system, your user-startup is probably empty.
I second what Severin said. Boot holding down the Ctrl key (from the OS4 splash screen, until you reach the WB). You will boot without the WBstartup programs.
There is probably something wrong there.

Tell us if you reach a working WB like this.
