hmm so if I have a simple web page and I want to create a small table with user input and edit it on my Amiga locally I can do so with this Hollywood plugin ?

I guess you can as long Hollywood allow you to connect to a local or remote server with his internet functions.. With this plugin you can create your query to obtain all the data you need from the server database
