Wait, there's an update 3? Latest I've heard of is update 2 (which got hotfixed), dated 12th Jan 2021.

No, there's no update 3 for AmigaOS 4 FE, only for the original AmigaOS 4.1 (i.e. years ago) - which is the one discussed above.
