Quite a regular

Does this already exist (excuse my ignorance) or any thought been considered to implementing this? The default could be the most important aspect of News (debatable I know) and the tabs could change colour if it has been updated in the last 24hr period

Just an idea

A more advanced implementation would allow the default tab displayed to be controlled by a members profile selection.

guess my idea reverts to a rework concept now
