Quite a regular

When you use save as pdf as an option from the menu is there a tooltype or even HEX edit to set the size?

yes, as an overview I'm looking at increasing the default resolution

Home away from home

Print as postscript to file then convert to a PDF using ghostscript.

Then you can use the -prepress options or the -rXXXxYYY resolution option or what ever you need.

As well design websites use graphics designed for screen resolution result are going to vary somewhat.
