Updated Wet translations - and a request for more

Since the release of Wet 5.1, I have received updates to the following translations: Spanish, Basque, Dutch and Greek.

I'm still looking for somebody to update the Italian and Finnish translations, as the previous translators have formally abandoned them. Anything below them in the list doesn't look good either (Turkish, Swedish, Czech and Polish). ISTR there was a problem with the Czech one due to the way the phrases are constructed within Wet (something for me to fix).

Additionally, I'd like to see the Welsh language driver put to good use, with a Welsh translation of Wet (there are only so many weather phenomena that can be learnt by watching S4C, especially when rain is the only one that occurs in the country!)
