Civ - Call 2 power port - whatever happened

Hi guys,

Does anyone know what happened to the porting of civilization 2 a call to power that I remember someone working on a few years back?

I recall an in game screenshot showing it running, but after that noting else.

Did the porter get tired of the work? Are his sources available? could someone (maybe BSzili???) pick up where the guy left off?
